[cisco-voip] AA script question

Hi everyone,

We just migrated our AA to UCCX 4.0(5) from an old third party app. The problem is that from an external call, when we enter the extension, it appears like this on the called phone:

Forward MISTER SMITH
For Sandy Lee

And when the call is connected, it then displays: From MISTER SMITH 418-555-1212

Why is the call considered like a forwarded call ? We tried "preserve" the called address without success.

Any help would be appreciated.
