[cisco-voip] Configuration issue

Anyone have the configuration white paper for a 5ess and a vwic t1 card on a 3845 router. Looking for the router side setup we have e&m-immediate currently and when calling into the site get dead air or fast busy. The circuit is clean according to the carrier.
