[cisco-voip] Problems reseting password on 7960 phones

Hi,

I am having trouble recovering a post password on two 7960 ip phones.
I am trying to reset to factory defaults and I've tried *##, I've
tried rebooting and holding # then doing 123456789*0#.  Neither of
those are working for me.

I'd appreciate any help.
