[cisco-voip] The PRI Channels

Hi,
I am using a 2800 router with IOS c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.124-3i.bin  as my
voice gateway. My PRI lines getting stuck Intermittently. If I shut and no
shut my E1 ports, the systems works fine. Should I upgrade my IOS? If yes,
which version?
