[cisco-voip] Licensing Question

I am trying it upload a DLU license file to our CUCM publisher (ver
5.1.3) which I have obtained via our maintenance company.

 

When I upload the file I get the message 'Validation in progress for the
following file'

 

Has the initial registration of this file been carried out incorrectly?
