[cisco-voip] Cisco Wireless 7921 Headsets

I am trying to get a working headset for the wireless 7921s. I currently have the GN Netcom 2100 which Hello Direct said would work.  When I talk to someone they barely hear me but hear an echo from themselves quite loudly.   I have tried different headsets, different smart connect cords (piece between the headset and phone) and different wireless phones with the same results.  I have talked to their support which sent another smart connect and recommended I try another phone. I can call them back for more support but thought I would try this group first for firsthand experience if anyone has had any.
