to Global Subscriber (Unity networking), worked with Cisco TAC via
WebEx.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Can't Import Subscriber in Unity UM 5.0(1) due
to"please enter unique extension"

We are using Unity Digital Networking. In Unity 5.0(1) I used Remove
Subscriber Properties (aka Bunny Killer) to remove the Unity AD
attributes from a user.

I go to add him new Import, and hit Save I get ;

Extension 5083 is already in use by Hendrix, Jim

Please enter a unique extension.

I search for subscribers by extension 5083 and don't find anyone, I
search for subscriber by last name and don't find him. I did a DC/GC
Global Catalog reconnect, and have waiting 12 hours but still can't add
this user.
