[cisco-voip] Printing directly from historical reports (uccx 5.0)

I have upgraded to UCCx 5.0 and have loaded the historical reports on a XP
box.  every time I try to print it fails.  I can export the report and print
from PDF just fine for a work around but I was hoping to see if anyone else
had seen this problem.
