[cisco-voip] Enable TAPS Service?

Very quick and easy question: can we enable the Cisco TAPS Service on
our CallManager 5.1.3 Publisher during business hours without any
interruptions or resets necessary? I'm assuming the answer is yes, was
just hoping for confirmation.
