[cisco-voip] Unity UM 5x GSM and alternate MWI lost maybe?

Do you mean this user actually gets a copy of the same message in two
separate mailboxes? Or are we just talking about MWIs? For the former,
sounds like either the message recipient configured in Unity is a DL,
or some kind of inbox rule is copying the message. For the later, you
might want to look at the lamp policy defined in CUCM, you can control
whether an MWI for a particular DN lights the lamp and sets the
envelope icon, or just the icon, etc.
