I'm trying to understand if this is alternate MWI was lost or something
else....
Suzy Ramirez has a 7940 phone with two extensions on it. The first one,
5077, is her personal extension and has a UM voicemail account
associated with it. The second one, 3522, is an Technical Service
Shared Line with a separate UM voicemail associated with it. Since the
upgrade to version 5.0(1) and move via Global Subscriber Manager (GSM)
to new hardware, any voicemail message left in x3522 shows up as a
message in both x3522 and x5077. Why is this happening and is there a
way to make it stop? Messages left at x5077 are not duplicated to
x3522.
