[cisco-voip] Need help w/ 7920

HI,

 

I'm trying to reset 2 -7920 phones. I have tried the Cisco method and
nothing is working. By nothing I mean no options it never enters admin mode.

 I am buying the dock for them. But I was told that I should be able to
reset w/o the dock.
