[cisco-voip] New line doesn't appear in Extension Mobility UDP profiles

Make sure the number of lines is supported in the default device profile for
that phone type, this might cause the issue.

Hi All, 

 

I've got the following problem:

 

When I add new shared line to the existing EM Profile, that line doesn't
appear on the phone. Logging out/in doesn't help. 

But when I changed existing line in EM profile to the new line, it worked
fine. 

 

What's the best way to solve this problem? 

 

CUCM version 6.1.1
