[cisco-voip] Delay in transfers

I'm running CM 6.1.2.1106 and have some complaints of transfer delays on
only some phones.  7971 with *SCCP70.8-4-1SR2S*

seems to be calling the phone or transfered calls to the phone take extra
time before the call goes through.  I wish I could explain it better as this
is coming from an end user.

I have not been able to coralate anything in common with the phones that
experience this problem yet.  but just seeing if anyone else has had this
kind of isse.
