[cisco-voip] 2nd tftp server on phone

Hi.
I have a Call Manager 4.1.3 with more than 1200 phone; I want to add the 2nd tftp server but the phone have IP address static (not DHCP).

I've found the following link:

Can you help me about 'profile file'? I think that this solution can be very useful for me, but I've not found these files on Call Manager.
