[cisco-voip] How Does A Change in the Schema Affect Unity?

There really isn't any overlap with schema extensions, as a general
rule. Take a look at the doc:

They all start with 'ciscoEcsBu...'. So, unless your extensions start
with that as well for some reason, they're not going to touch Unity's.
