[cisco-voip] How Does A Change in the Schema Affect Unity?

The same concept applies, the names still all start with ciscoEcsbu.
The 5.x schema is a superset of the 4.x, but if you're looking for
specifics, I'm sure the 4.x equivalent of that doc is floating around
on CCO, a quick search should turn it up.
