[cisco-voip] Cisco.com can't index their own site?

Cisco.com's search needs some help from someone like Google, Yahoo or
heck even Ask.com.
On home page I input 'Cisco Agent Desktop release notes' and the
relevant matches relate to Cisco Security Agent and Cisco Home Agent.
Not a single match for UCCX's Agent Desktop.

r+cisco+agent+desktop+release+notes&strQueryText=cisco+agent+desktop+rel
ease+notes&country=US&language=en&profile=enushomesppublished
Yet if I put same query in Google Toolbar the first match is right on
the money.
How does Google know Cisco.com better than Cisco.com?

Sorry just felt the need to gripe -jason
