Yeah, after I sent a email to web-help they must have re-indexed the site! I’m getting different results than 10 minutes ago!
Too funny -jason

Google knows everyone better than they know themselves. Besides, I think I got better results...not sure why?

Cisco.com’s search needs some help from someone like Google, Yahoo or heck even Ask.com.
On home page I input ‘Cisco Agent Desktop release notes’ and the relevant matches relate to Cisco Security Agent and Cisco Home Agent. Not a single match for UCCX’s Agent Desktop.
http://tools.cisco.com/search/JSP/search-results.get?isFormSubmit=true&strqueryid=3&websessionid=zwF0qgmkB_O2u1DPL9lf2Ub&strCurrentSimilarSearchBreadCrumb=&strCurrentSelectedModifierValues=&strPrevQuery=contact+center+cisco+agent+desktop+release+notes&strQueryText=cisco+agent+desktop+release+notes&country=US&language=en&profile=enushomesppublished
Yet if I put same query in Google Toolbar the first match is right on the money.
How does Google know Cisco.com better than Cisco.com?

Sorry just felt the need to gripe -jason
