[cisco-voip] Extension Mobility question

Thanks Ryan.

I had found that one, "Phone Services Subscribe Page" and that does
allow one to subscribe services to the phone but not to the device
profile. Just after sending my question to everyone here, I thought I
had it, but alas...no love. Still haven't been able to figure it out.

By this, "Your EM userid should have the device profile assigned so try
it with CCMUser" do you mean: an end user with his/her device profile
controlled in the extension mobility section of the end user page should
be able to add extension mobility to their device profile? That's
almost true for me, except extension mobility gets added to the phone
and not the device profile.

Thanks

jeff

Looks like the role is "Phone Service Subscribe Page" and I don't see
that "Standard CCM Phone Management" group has that role.

Remember you can also subscribe services via the CCMUser page. Your EM
userid should have the device profile assigned so try it with CCMUser.

Greeetings,

Anyone know what role allows a user to subscribe services to a device

profile? I'm creating an add/moves/changes user group, and I have

everything I need for it except the permissions to subscribe a service

to a device profile--extension mobility being the service.

Thanks

jeff

You need to subscribe the device profile to the extension mobility

service also for it to show up when the user is logged in.
