Antonio,
   There is most likely something wrong with your IP routing keeping
the audio from getting from one side to the other. Start by pinging
the IP phone from the h.323 gateway. can you? Does it work?

do you see a routing table when you do "sh ip route" on your gateway,
or does it say "IP routing not enabled?"
Is your h.323 bind interface command in the configuration?
