[cisco-voip] ac on 6.1 question

You have to set it up from scratch it doesn’t get completely setup.  Follow the online help for Attendant Console, go thru the checklist step by step.

 I just upgraded from 4.1. to 6.1.3 and am unable to get the new attendant console software to function.  It dies on initializing call control. 


I checked the users, passwords and associations to the “ac” user don’t see a problem.  Have opened up a TAC case but just wondering if anyone had any ideas while I am waiting.
