[cisco-voip] Barge-in button disbled in CAD supervisor

Dears,

 

I have installed the CAD 7.2 with ICM 7.2, CVP 7.0 and CM 6.1. Now in CAD supervisor we are facing the issue that barge-in and intercept button is disabled. any one can have idea how to cope with this problem.
