[cisco-voip] Microsoft Voicemail vs Unity Voicemail

Has anyone thrown in the towel with Unity and opted out for the Microsoft Voicemail product.    We're aware of the work around with MWI.  What about interfacing with a Blackberry Enterprise Server?
