[cisco-voip] Installing Subscriber, what version?

I'm about to install a subscriber to my 6.0 publisher.  However I'm
currently running an ES 6.0(1.2121.1).

 

When I install the subscriber can I just use the ES as the patch to
install during installation, or do I need to go up to the latest
6.0(1.3000.7) mainline  release on the publisher first and then go to
the same release on the subscriber install?

 

Secondly, can I just point the upgrade to an FTP of the ISO or do I need
to extract the ISO out first?
