[cisco-voip] UCCX Call Type Code for Reporting

Wondering how to go about Creating Codes an Agent would "input" when  
having Handled a Call and "Wrapping it Up."

Need to input the Codes. But they need to put in what the call was  
about.
Like 100 is product call,
200 is informational
300 is upset customer.
