[cisco-voip] problem making some calls with a h323 gateway

Hello,

 

When and if the h323 gateway fails, because it's a 2 site Call Manager
and gateway installation, if the h323 GW fail, I have another dial peer
with a higher precedence to the mgcp gateway.  What's the problem?
