You'll likely have to enable the feature codes for adding people to conference calls using hookswitch commands.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Cisco VG224 and Polycom Analog phone
We’re having trouble using Polycom analog conference phones via a VG224. On the old system (Nortel) we would use the “flash” key, call the next participant, hit flash until we reached the maximum number of participants (6).
How do we make this work in Cisco world????
Thanks,
Bill Webber
