Excellent question. I have just opened a case to get new licenses for
an upgrade we are doing from Unity 4 to 7. It should be covered (free)
- I think - but I am holding my breath. I'm sure someone on this list
knows.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity 4x to Unity connection 7x licensing

Unity 4x is fully blown up UM box. If I have UCSS, is it free to
downgrade Unity4x to Unity conneciton 7x?

Does anyone know if there is any need to buy a upgrade pack for this
like we do in CCM4x to 6x ?
