[cisco-voip] Remove Mirrored Disk Before Upgrading.......disk drives

our old MCS 7835's I used HP drives in.  bought a bunch of 15k RPM ones and
even when they were mismatched with the Cisco 10k RPM ones, they worked just
fine. (whole lot cheaper too)
