Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity vs Uccx for regional office greeting

What is Pros and Cons if I use Unity as Auto Attendant for a Regional Office?

I know UCCX has a lot more advanced features but what we are doing at the Regional office is simple Auto Attendant.

The Regional Office Auto Attendant will have

-9-5 Business hour greeting

-After business hour greeting

-Holiday greeting

If I use Unity Auto Attendant instead of UCCX, is it going to raise too many issues in the future?

Thanks,
