[cisco-voip] Using a third-party SIP phone with CallManager Express

It looks like this:

voice service voip
sip
 registrar server

voice register global
mode cme
source-address x.x.x.x port 5060
max-dn X
max-pool X

voice register dn  1
number xxxx

voice register pool  1
id mac XXXX.XXXX.XXXX
type <type of phone>  ! ignore if 3rd party
number 1 dn 1
username X password X

Authentication is required if the phone's IP address is in different
subnet than the source-address.
