Scott,

setup a workflow for your agents using desktop administrator. setup an
action for when they answer the call to start recording, and another
one when the call ends to stop recording.

keep an eye on your disk space, and also keep in mind by default I
think it keeps recordings for 7 days unless you mark them for extended
storage, which is 30 days (I think). You can of course save off the
recordings as well somewhere else through some other processes, CRS
doesn't have anything else built in to manage recordings.
