[cisco-voip] Odd Call Termination Cause Code

in your case destcause_value would be taken from the SIP signaling for 
the call disconnect and inserted into CDR.
do you have detailed CM SDI traces or a packet capture of the SIP 
traffic between CM and asterisk?
