[cisco-voip] Cusco Unity issue

Hi Guys,
This is regarding Cisco Unity subscriber issue on Unity 5.0.
When a subscriber logs into voicemail system by phone, he hears the following options
Press 1 to hear the voice messages
press 2 to send a message
press 4 to setup the mail box
press 0 for subscriber help.
If a user presses 0, he will get the subscriber help messages. but if the user did not press 0 and the menu will repeat, and then user press 0 he hears the error, ( I did not hear any entry) but if he press 2 or 4 he gets through these options. Please advise.
