[cisco-voip] RTMT HardwareFailure Alert

Can someone help identify the severity or cause of the following error...?
(I set up thr RTMT HardwareFailure alert and received the following alert.)

At <date/time> on node <ip of publisher>, the following HardwareFailure events generated: hwStringMatch - hpasmxld[4359]: check_ilo2: Failed to get BMC Device Id! hwStringMatch - hpasmxld[4359]: The iLO 2 reset / synchronization process has FAILED! hwStringMatch - hpasmxld[4359]: CRITICAL ERROR: Resetting HP Advanced System Management Stack! hwStringMatch - hpasmxld[4359]: The iLO 2 Management Processor is not responding! hwStringMatch - hpasmxld[4359]: hwStringMatch - hpasmxld[4359]: CRITICAL ERROR: Resetting HP Advanced System Management Stack!

All seems well with both servers at this time...Not sure where to start troubleshooting...
