OK, so if I'm connecting to a Unity Connection box, then it's our Unity Connection box that is sending the alerts?

i think the publisher. RTMT alerts will be sent even if there are no active RTMT clients so the alerts are definitely sent from one of the CUCM servers.

Just wondering if anyone can confirm where the RTMT alerts are sent from? From the host they are monitoring or the host that is running the RTMT tool?
I'm having a problem getting email alerts to go through and need a starting point.
