[cisco-voip] Running CUCM 7 in Vmware

For lab testing, I've installed CUCM 7 in vmware server 2, for integration with CUOM 2.1. OM fails to retrieve SNMP data from CUCM 7 and when I look at CUCM 7 services, I see that the SNMP Master agent service is not running. Has anyone run into this same issue while attempting to run CUCM 7 in vmware? Is there a workaround in root access?
