[cisco-voip] UCM 7x automatically adjust timezone for daylight savings

Does UCM 7x base the change to daylight savings upon the city you select
for timezone?

 

Can I set it to Americas\New York and yet disable DST? Or would I have
to pick something like GMT -5 to get DST disabled?

Current timezone: Eastern Standard Time (America/New_York)
