[cisco-voip] Single Extension Error

I got it, thanks to a response from the group.  

 

The issue  was with the Route Partition on my extension.  Apparently,
something I have done to my phone has required that I used a different
route partition than the other extensions.  I'm investigating that now,
but at least my phone now works.
