[cisco-voip] Changing dial out number from 9 to 5 to solve 911 mis-dial issues

I would remove the urgent priority checkbox, then do a 911? In the route
pattern, set the T302 timer to 5 seconds before I changed the access code. 

 

I know that isn't an answer to your question but it may be another option.

We are going to change our dial out number from 9 to 5 to solve the
miss-dial 911 issues.  I know that all the route patterns need to be
changed.  However, is there anything else that I am missing that needs to be
changed too?
