[cisco-voip] UCCX ISSUE

Hello, 
I Installed two UCCX 5 in a cluster (Primary & failover). Both are in same LAN. When the primary fails, the failover will not come automatically. Maybe because of some integration issue. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
