[cisco-voip] Moving from Unity Voicemail 5.0(1) to Unity Unified Messaging (with Exchange) 5.0(1)

If you're just moving all of the users at once, DiRT is also an
option. It has an option where you can feed it a CSV to map the old
alias to the new alias.
