[cisco-voip] MOH File Distortion

Hi All... I'm getting desperate. I'm trying to replace our MOH files
that I made last year that sound just great but everyone is SICK of
them. I've downloaded as well as ripped several files, converted them to
wma 8000 mhz, 32mbit and every single one doesn't even begin to sound
like music on our system (ccm 5.0).  Distorted, buzzing, hissing, etc.
Does anyone know how to make a good clear conversion? Also, I've used no
less that 3 different software programs for conversion - paid for AND
shareware. Something is wrong in my process...

 

In addition, I am having problems getting out to the list. Would someone
please respond to let me know whether they are receiving this?
