[cisco-voip] MOH File Distortion

Lauren,

Before you load them into the CallManager are you checking the audio quality
and making sure they sound good?

I used an old version of CoolEdit to get my samples into the right format. I
can send you some old docs I have on the process when I get to my other
computer on Sunday or Monday.
