[cisco-voip] Click to call 7.0 and CCM 6.1(2)

Hello,

Customer wants to run Click to Call application. We have configured
everything following the installation guide. When we try to login using
the user and password, we get the following error:

The service is overloaded. Retry the call.
If the problem persists, please contact your phone administrator

Any help would be appreciated.
