Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity AA Transfer to Number not in Unity Database (no CallHandler)
Customer is using Unity Exclusively for Auto Attendants.
The Site has some Internal Only Numbers ( without VoiceMail Boxes ) that Need to be Reached from the Auto Attendant; There are 150 of These Type of Numbers, so I don't want to Create 150 Call Handlers to make the Transfers to these Phones possible. Is there a Global Setting in Unity to Collect Digits and then do a Blind Transfer to the Switch (CCM) without first looking in the Unity Database for the Number you dialed?
