It sounds like what you would want is a Fixed MoH Audio Source.
There is no way to really accomplish what you want by uploading the files to
the CallManager server.
With a fixed audio source you could just dump line out of some device into
your MoH stream. It would be up to the external device to play the different
files in some sort of loop. An iPod or CD player on repeat works just fine
for this (when I test in the lab).
