[cisco-voip] Two 7916 42 buttons, how?

Hey Tim,

I ran into the same issue and I upgraded CUCM to  6.1.2.1000-13 and now they
support 42 lines total. 6 on my 7962/65's and 36 on the 7915/16 sidecars.
I have a mix of these at a customers site.
