[cisco-voip] Configuring and Using Remote Monitoring

Hello Folks,

 

We're using CRS 5.0(2).

 

To accomplish Configuring and Using Remote Monitoring, I'm using the
5.0(1) Admin guide; I don't see a 5.0(2) guide.

 

We're on CCM 6.1 and not CM Express

 

The guide isn't consistent on whether we must have Enhanced or Premium
CCX licenses.  We have the Unified CCX Enhanced package and 27 Unified
CCX Enhanced Seat licenses.

 

In the Configuring and Using Remote Monitoring section of the 5.0(1)
guide, it says:

 

The Remote Monitor hyperlink is available only if you are using Unified

CCX Enhanced or Premium license packages.

 

Does anyone know if we indeed must have a Premium license for one
supervisor to use call monitoring?  It appears to, as I don't see the
Remote Monitor hyperlink in Subsystems>RmCm page despite our Enhanced
licenses.

 

Is it licensing or could there be some other reason the Remote Monitor
hyperlink is missing?
